eBuzz Events : Konsert WALI

The band Wali comprises 4 remaining members from Jakarta Indonesia after the recent departure of Nunu from the band (the band’s bass player). Formed in October 1999, Wali is an Indonesian pop band with a music style that features Malay pop melody in their tunes. Their members are Faank (vocal), Apoy (guitar), Tomie (drum) and Ovie (keyboard).

Wali is fast gaining popularity in Singapore & Malaysia with the release of their current hit single “Cari Jodoh” in 2009 from their upcoming 2nd album. With their song “Cari Jodoh” still in local radio music charts for 12 weeks running, it is clearly an addictive song to many fans of the band.
